“John and his team at Magic Touch may literally have the magic touch. I brought in my 2013 matrix that had a lot of fading, flaking, and rough areas. It was embarrassing to drive to say the least. “I recently had a great experience with Ocean Subaru of Fullerton and really appreciate the excellent service I received.
I realized that I had missed checking my mileage and had exceeded the recommended interval, and then my car showed a check engine warning. I had to drop my car off on a Friday without an appointment, and the team was very helpful in accepting my car and taking care of it.
They performed a full maintenance check as promised under the warranty, changed the oil, and replaced the air filter. What I appreciated most was how willing they were to explain what was going on and answer my questions. As a new Subaru owner, having someone take the time to explain things clearly gave me a lot of confidence.
I also really appreciate that they stood behind what they promised and took full responsibility for providing the service covered by the warranty. The whole experience made me feel that I was in good hands.
