“Pure barre Tustin is a 10/10 for me I’ve been a member for almost a month and every time I’m there I get excited for class because all the instructors are very knowledgeable and have positive attitudes. This place really makes you feel welcome and treat you like family which I personally love! They really care about their clients they check in from time to time which again it’s a bonus for me.
No other place I’ve seen is as great as pure barre.”

“I came to buy some shoes on a Tuesday afternoon and these 2 girls that I forgot their names and even asked their names lol. But they helped me really good. One asked if I needed help and asked what I was looking for. I said dark colors is what I like. She said got it, and brought me 2 pairs the where really cool. I choose one went to the register. They got me good deals. I got 2 pairs of shoes, a cleaning kit, and some new laces for $120. Those girls did a good job with customer service. I really felt good energy from them.”

Was in the area to buy lighting and randomly stopped here. So glad I did. It’s everything I hoped it would be.

“I have been to different Khol's stores but this one location stands out because of their exceptional customer service. While other employees were helpful, Laura Lye went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding customer service. She ensured I found everything I needed and was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I had so many bags to carry, that I forgot my phone and she even helped me find it when I went back for it. Thanks to her and the Sephora employee, I was able to find it and am so grateful for them. I will definitely recommend this location and will be returning soon thanks to Laura. I truly hope management recognizes her exemplary customer service and what a valuable asset she to the team.”

She even went out of her way to check the floor and the back room for my size. Since they were out, she helped me order the correct size and suggested a few other pairs. “I love Nordstrom, their customer service is top notch. I wish they hadn’t closed so many of them during the pandemic the closest one to me is in Brea. I usually will order things online and have them delivered to the store. They are always so courteous, helpful. Last year I purchased my daughter’s prom dress and they were able to fit her in the same day I bought the dress for a seamstress to hem the dress (my daughter is only 5’1”). She did a fantastic job and my daughter LOVED the dress. I will be a Nordstrom customer for life!”
