“Just went shopping at Rushin' River Outfitters and I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment you walk in, the store is clean, huge, and full of amazing Disney-themed outdoor gear. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they have an awesome selection of clothes, backpacks, and accessories.
My son was thrilled to find so much Chip 'n Dale merchandise, his favorite characters! The best part is the atmosphere—the store is decorated with so much wildlife, it really feels like you're in the middle of a national park. I found some nice items at fair prices, and some of the staff were kind and helpful, especially around the fitting room area. Luckily, there was one store offering a variety of good-quality shoes. I initially had an issue with my first pair, but the store's manager, Jackie H., in the Downtown District, was incredibly helpful. Thanks to her, I resolved my shoe problem and ended up buying two pairs—plus my son picked out some Crocs. The customer service at this location was outstanding, making my experience truly positive!
