Super rude service, unprofessional & not communicative at all.I believe the person who “helped” me was Elia (written on receipt). I’ve always had issues at this store but decided to give it another try. Well I was reminded very quickly why I avoid this store. She was rude and didn’t explain anything. Why work in this type of role if you don’t have good customer service?Don’t go here, go to an ACTUAL AT&T store (nearest one is Fullerton). Glad I went to the Fullerton one the day after because they explained everything for me and provided me with the paperwork I needed.

Walked in to request help with my iPhone and the one and only person in the store was rude. I believe his name tag read Hansel. He was on his phone replying to text messages and smirking without even asking what I needed. When I moved closer to the counter so he didn’t forget I was still there he proceeded to ask for my phone number so he can look up my account. Very rude and unprofessional.

Awful service karam aka the manager is NO help just gets mad me and my family went and we just wanted to down grade our bill and he asked if we wanted free wifi and of course we said yes who wouldn't want it but he made us return to the store 3 times and said that we had to call a number and we did but it was just a machine talking we went back right now and he said he didn't understand why we didn't call the number! Well great he acts confused to I'm changing to spectrum! He said that we were going to pay 215 and gave us a free Apple Watch that was apart of his scam he said if we didn't get the watch we would pay 215 well guess what we had to pay for the watch to! He said it would take 3-4 months for it to change to 215 at first I payed 279 then it went up more! To 438 that's to much! He gave us a number to call to cancel everything we got and we are going to call! Number to cancel is : 800-288-2020

Hi I’ve been a customer for AT&T for 4 years, when I need help I visit this store for great service. The store is clean and presentable. Karam is an associate that I trust to help and guide me on the right direction. He provides professional fast service. We could use more workers like him.

Simply - Avoid this store! My wife and I came in 2 months ago. Set up service and I was told everything under the sun and then some. Got stuck with lie about return policy, lies about adding extra lines to get new promotions on existing lines. Lies about my social being used properly. Lies about my when i can upgrade 90days instead of the actual 18 months. came in to resolve issue - avoided me like the plague. The So called manager said it was out of his hands! couldn't do anything - Other customers were mad too and told me they also were lied to. No help no honor, UN -American style of doing business. A damm shame for people to just lie! I was told to go to another store. Here's my point, the new store down the street shouldn't be responsible to fix another store's problem. ** Fortunately I went to a corporate store in Fullerton, where a sales rep and his store manager was able to guide me and help me with some of my issues. I don't blame them for anything, at least the Fullerton store tried to help and got 90% of the stuff fixed. This new store was friendly and more helpful and didnt try to scam me - for that! im thanful Avoid this att store by the 5 freeway and across from the walmart is a truly filled with scumbags!

I wouldn't recommend anyone going here... I opened a new account a couple days ago at another ATT store. And they told me to go back with the account number and transfer pin from an old metro account. When we showed up we waited for an hour, only to be told by he process was going on o take too long, and they close in 45 min. So they asked us to go back another day... the guy there was more worried about clocking out than actually helping...

*** Safe yourself the hassle, take your business elsewhere.*** Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received , shocked that the man behind the desk was "the store manager Karam or at least a young adult posing as one in power was short, rude and unprofessional. " The way this man speaks to his employees is embarrassing to watch. As all employees were busy helping other consumers I got stuck with Karam ( lucky me .) To begin with I was unfamiliar with the store lingo and was asking about the trade in process. Karam was quick to act confused and stated " the sale is final . OK nobody was requesting a return." Karam was trying to shush me as if asking a simple question was too much work for him to explain. As he was unable to make any more money from me I was quickly dismissed. Karam is lazy and not a team player "as he is the store manager and processing a return is above his empowering title lol." As consumers we expect to be treated with respect as we are spending money on such items. Instead we called corporate and requested they process the trade in. This location is trending with horrible reviews , service is terrible if $$ is not involved.

1/2/2023 around 2pm came to this location with my husband. We want to switch over from T-mobile. We became aware of an offer for teachers through ATT and well as a current trade in promotion. We wanted to take advantage of it before missing out on the deal. I could have done it online or by phone but wanted to come in person for a personal touch. I waited in the car with my sleeping baby while my husband went inside and spoke to the employees. The employee came out to the car to verify that my face matched the ID. Then he went back inside and told my husband that he does not feel comfortable opening the account for us. His excuse was because we live in Florida and only here on vacation. Mind you he changed his demeanor after coming to the car and seeing me as a hijabi (ID picture was of me before I started wearing a scarf).I feel discriminated against and my husband asked for our IDs back and walked away.Very sad that such a thing still happens. I am a certified teacher, giving proof of employment, my ID, proof of transferring from a different company, and trading in my current device, not sure what was so suspicious that we were turned away other than my scarf/hijab.

I want to write about Alexis manager . He has done really great job and helped me a lot . I totally recommend to deal with at&t . They always have good plans and workers . I’m very glad that I don’t deal with t-mobile anymore .
