Jose at the Euclid AT&T store was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was kind and patient and able to help my 93 yr old mother with an issue she was having. I would recommend this store.

Went to do a bill pay and the rep was very helpful even went over my account and helped me save some money on my plan. Store was clean and did not have to wait a long time to get help will be coming back to this store from now on
