Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites is a clean, spacious, and well-organized hotel, serving as a great Disney launch pad. It is an overall nice location, very close to the Toy Story parking lot, which provides a free and frequent shuttle service to Disneyland and California Adventure. The shuttle is a blessing after a long day. The hotel is a super place to spend time while at and in between Disney vacations. The rooms are modern, quiet, and well-organized. Family suites and two-bedroom rentals offer plenty of space for large groups, with some rooms featuring two bathrooms. The staff is very friendly, helpful, attentive, and incredible, providing wonderful service. The breakfast is great with good varieties, including items like sausages, bacon, waffles, pancakes, and yogurt. The breakfast service is especially great, with staff members noted for being kind, helpful, and marvelous. The pool is warm and there is shaded seating available. Some minor notes include that the shampoo and conditioner are in mini sizes, some blankets are thin, and the key cards can sometimes not work. Parking is available for a daily fee. There can be some morning noise, but that is to be expected. Overall, it is a great family hotel with great amenities, a good price, and a really enjoyable stay. Guests would stay again.

Location was good a little further from Disneyland but closer to the convention centre for D23. The room was fine but the pool and hot tub were closed at 8PM rather than 11 as stated due to a lighting issue they weren't sure when they would have fixed. Great hotel. Excellent location close to Disneyland, Anaheim Garden Walk, and the convention center. Short walk to Toy Story parking lot with shuttles to Disneyland. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and full of smiles. Would defintely stay here again.
