The room, service and location was excellent. I won't be staying there again. The price was way too high.
Noteworthy details: Disneyland prices are off the charts. My last time to visit Disney properties.

Stayed here Christmas ‘23. Amazing place with direct access to Disney California adventure park. Very fun and happening place, lessons learnt never opt for self parking here as it is across the street. Although if you wanna walk to downtown Disney then parking is on the way.

Overpriced and bad service. Ok rooms. Staff does not know how to handle emergency situations or how to perform at a 5 star level.
Nearby activities: Great to have private access to Cali adventure and closer walk to Disneyland.
Food and drinks: No freebies here. Water and snacks can be found downstairs but better to stop at the pharmacy before you come. $12 cans of Modello for example!? Insanity when rooms are so expensive to start with. I have less fun each time. And forget about relaxing with the exception of the overpriced spa services.

Love staying here. Hotel has park access, and rooms with a full kitchen which is amazing for people like me with extreme dietary restrictions that have to cook every meal.
Rooms: Full kitchen and multi room suites available.
Nearby activities: Disney everything
Safety: Safe for the little ones
Walkability: Walking distance to parks, downtown disney, and other disney properties.
Food and drinks: Pricey but multiple restaurants on site along with room service.
Noteworthy details: Great design and my personal favorite disney property to stay at.

Dineylanda is a hotel where early entrance is available, there are various restaurants inside, and entrance to Disney Street is only possible with a security check.

Definitely the best way to do Disney and California Adventure. The rooms are super clean and spacious, with plenty of staff walking around to assist with anything you might need. We didn't try their restaurants but they had plenty of options. There is also direct access to the parks.

During the Obon holiday in 2024, we stayed as a family of 4 (children in 1st and 4th elementary schools) while sightseeing at Disney. This is an official Disney hotel with a profound atmosphere. Both the site and the building are vast, and when you go to the hotel facilities, you will get lost unless you have a map in hand that you can get at the front desk.
It was a double-whammy period with a weak yen and high prices, so I had brought zosui and ochazuke for snacks, but there was no pot to boil water in the room or facility, so I heated the water in the microwave downstairs. I had no choice but to use it. I use a credit card to pay for laundry, but it was frustrating because the card didn't read properly. I feel that the user interface of these facilities in the United States is not very well developed.
It is directly connected to California Adventure Park, and early entry is possible from the garden. Two parks have early entry days set, so if you plan to use the park, we recommend that you check the days of the week and make reservations for the park's restaurants. (I made a reservation at the restaurant first, and later found out that there was a day of the week for early entry, so I let go of the reservation.)
I wasn't able to enjoy the hotel life itself because I was staying late at night, but despite the various inconveniences, it was at a level that would be unavoidable in the United States. Overall it was a satisfying stay.
