Phone number gives absolutely no information and says you do not need an appointment, then you show up and they’re taking no walk-ins, everybody inside the waiting room looked irritated and like they’ve been waiting for a long time

Been here multiple times, excellent experience each time. All the staff (front desk and phlebotomists) are friendly, polite and helpful. Usually I have an appointment but even when I didn't the wait was not long.
