“I rarely write reviews. This is my first on Yelp. We have a remodeling job which would require removing some plaster and stucco wall as well as disturbing a popcorn ceiling. So I hired this company to come to take samples and test. The result shows asbestos in ceiling but not stucco and less than 1% for plaster wall. They told me that in California the asbestos content has to be less than 0.1% for it to be removed without license and that a more accurate but more expensive test needs to be performed to determine that. I grudgingly agreed. When the new test result came out, there was no asbestos detected in the samples. They told me they will update the initial test report and refund the charge for the new test. I was quite surprised because I did some research and learned that the first test based on Polarized Light Microscopy is a rough test and can yield false positive result. So their charge for the second test is totally legitimate and I have no problem paying for it. The fact that they refunded me shows an extraordinary level of concern for their customer's feelings and a high level of integrity which needs to be praised and made known.”

“Last Thursday, I walked in Quest/Anaheim Hills, for a blood test & Anniee was very kind & prompt, she took 3 viles of blood from me & was so gentle , I didn't even feel the 'jab'!!! And she left NO BRUISE on my arm at all. The absolute best experience I've ever had when having blood drawn!!! She's an excellent employee!!! Thank you Anniee.??”

“I would give 5 stars if I was just rating the phlebotomist. The office staff was very unprofessional. Literally every patient that came in struggled with the machines. The three ladies behind the counter were not helpful and seemed bothered. The phlebotomist was amazing. He was kind, helpful, engaging complete 180 from the ladies working in the front.”

“Everyone complaining here clearly did not make an appointment. I had an 8:40 appt, took me a second to figure out the check in kiosk, but sat down at 8:45, was called back at 8:52 and just got out at 9:01. Nehal was fantastic, great conversation, no pain whatsoever! Very quick and painless! Thank you for being so great!”

“Decent lab. They do a decent job and follow the spec. They are non partisan and focus on the data only. If you don't know what you are looking at in a cross section they are not going to explain it to you cause they have to remain impartial. You need to know what you are looking at to interpret the data. Hire an expert like the folks at PA&LS if you need help. They use to be Microtek Labs. The pricing was better then. Pricing has gone up since NTS bought them & that was expected. There are a lot of other labs out there to check out and compare pricing. Do your homework.”
