Lemon Tree Hotel and Suites offers clean rooms and comfortable beds at a great price. The staff is helpful and the front desk is nice. Some rooms are very large, with big tile bathrooms and extra space, including two-room suites. The private parking is good and its location is close to stores and Disney. The hotel shows its age and needs upgrades in the lobby and hallways. Some bathrooms have been redone, while other parts show wear. Issues noted include non-working phones, strange heaters that may need updating, very thin walls, and occasional noise from the street and parking. While the rooms are generally clean, some guests noted a need for more detailed cleaning and quicker housekeeping service for requests like towels. Overall, for the price paid, many find it a decent value, cleaner than other similar places, and suitable for a stay if you keep to yourself. Light sleepers may want earplugs.
The location has good freeway access. The restaurants are good especially the Pancake House. The streets are easy to navigate and the parking was excellent. The area was safe with police visibility. I enjoyed the stay and was able to sleep.Thank you.

We stayed here using a daytime use booking to make use of their in-room jacuzzi suite. We found this place to be surprisingly nice. The room was clean, the hot tub was huge, and the front Lobby looked very luxurious and romantic. We will do this again.
