I made a call to ask about something on a service that they did to me that didn’t make sense and I had to wait a long time but they didn’t answer me back, and when I call they not even introduce themselves which was very uncomfortable because I didn’t know how to refer to the person who I was talking to.

Just because I can't give them a zero. Poor customer service I call to ask information and she stated I have to come to the place to get that information. Why do we have phone numbers if u can't give me the information over the phone or why have a website but can't access general information.
