“Wow, I stumbled upon gold mine, I was with another pharmacy for quite some time and it was a total disaster, I finally left them and transferred everything to Galaxy Pharmacy, when I called to do so I spoke to Idalia, wow is all I have to say about her, very kind, very professional, excellent work ethics and integrity, what a breath of fresh air!!! It took us about 5 months to straighten out the mess the other pharmacy created but now we are on track. I am a VERY HAPPY customer and am so happy to write a good review because customer service doesn't exist anymore, the experiences with businesses and employees I have had in 2024 is the worst I have experienced ever, I am in shock as to how companies even make it, so it has been a refreshing experience and I highly recommend them!”

“Fantastic pharmacy. Everything about it is great. My doctor sent over the prescription. They reached out to me soon after that to find out if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. Delivery was simple and a great experience. You simply sign a form on you phone if you aren’t going to be home and they will leave it on your doorstep. You then get a text when it is out for delivery and estimated delivery time. Once delivered if it is left on your doorstep they send multiple pictures to show exactly where they left it. I will be recommending everyone I know to this pharmacy.”

“The Yorba Linda Pharmacy in Anaheim is amazing. I had a problem with a medication given at a senior living complex. The order needed to be changed to an evening medication. I called Yorba Linda and got Mai Luc on the phone. She was fantastic! She called the doctors office, the senior living facility daily while keeping me informed also. Everything was solved quickly due to all the hard work and calls she made. It was a pleasure doing business with Mai and I will keep doing business with Yorba Linda Pharmacy in the future!”

“Was riding my electric Onewheel in the area & took a pretty heavy nose, dive and shredded up my thumb & palms. Went to four different shops nearby trying to find Band-Aids & Neosporin.Finally, I went into this little Pharmacy & sure enough they had some for sale. ?As soon as I say “do you have bandages for sale”, at the same moment the pharmacist saw my cut & sleeping hands. He stopped me & said, “sit down, sit down”. He immediately came over & cleaned my wounds, & wrapped up my wounds, no charge, I didn’t ask, but he saw I was in need & he just did the kindest thing.This little Pharmacy is a hidden gem.Well, I’ve never used their pharmacy services, I can tell you how absolutely incredible there bedside manners, & their custom service is… Above & beyond five stars, top-tier. ?I highly recommend this pharmacy simply for the experience I had with the staff. “I initially wrote a review, attributing my issue to a pharmacy error, but the pharmacist clarified that the problem arose from my doctor's office. My prescription for 400mg medication is dispensed as 60 units of 150mg and 30 units of 100mg. Due to my doctor's office professional shortcoming, I had to return to the pharmacy for the 100mg pills, causing me an inconvenience due to the pharmacy's limited hours. The pharmacy's inability to provide mixed milligram denominations due to insurance constraints led to my dilemma. Lacking a pill splitter, I face weeks of inadequate dosage. Despite this, I appreciate Alpha's service over the past four years, noting their efficient prescription confirmation system via text. While frustrated with the situation, I acknowledge it's not Alpha's fault and I recommend Alpha as a reliable local business with a well-stocked healthcare product inventory in addition to their primary service which is selling medication. Please support local businesses like Alpha! I thank Alpha for being a great and reliable pharmacy and I highly recommend them to be your pharmacy.”
