Motel 6 Anaheim Maingate is a great, affordable, and clean place to stay that is very close to Disneyland, about a 15-minute walk. It is also an easy walk to the stadium. The rooms are nice size, clean, cozy, and the beds are comfy. The pool area is nice and the parking is safe, though it can be crowded. The front desk staff are excellent, helpful, and nice, going above and beyond to make stays special, including helping with luggage and bus access. It is an old, no-frills hotel that could use a makeover, but it offers very good value and hospitality. Some notes are that the shower and toilet are not separate from the sink, the on-site convenience store has high prices, and noise from the highway can sometimes prevent decent sleep. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel for a great stay.
