“My wife and I went to A-1 Self Storage to rent a storage unit. Brianna showed us some different storage units to choose for our needs. She was extremely professional, Great attitude, Excellent knowledge of the property and answered all of our questions. She also put a 4 day storage unit on hold for us because we couldn’t decide the start date.
We came back a few days later and talked with Sonya and she helped us fill out the paperwork and answered all of our questions with a positive attitude and professional. The property was clean and the unit was clean too!

The facility is close to my house and the prices are great. The staff is super helpful. The facility is clean and easy to access. The security system is great. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend this facility to anyone. Glad I was able to get a unit.”

She is super friendly very approachable and very informative. Knows her property well and has it very clean and looks organized. Property is very clean. Pricing is reasonable. So if you are looking to store anything ask for Evelyn she will help you with your storage needs. The property is well located near two freeways.”
“This lockout is the best in OC and I've seen them all. Everything is clean and well maintained. It's on the ground level, the ceilings are high and there's very good sound isolation from the other units. Chad is awesome; he answers quickly and takes care of any issues. Prices are about the same as other places but you get so much more for your money at 3rd Encore Anaheim.”

“I’m giving them 5 stars BECAUSE the lumper for a full trailer was only $100ANDthey had me completely done&out of there in less than 45 minutes on July 4.I pulled in and blind-side backed into the dock.There were 3 empty side-by-side docks so it really wasn’t that hard.Yes,it’s tight but it’s really no different than some truck stops.Actually easier as long as there enough empty docks.It’s not a big place so it’s not like there getting loads all day like SYSCO or a Walmart DC.You CAN do it-just be patient and take your time.”
