We searched for another storage location and found One Stop Storage, we were immediately greeted by the super cool and hospitable, Sal, he quickly walked us to two units based on questions he asked us which fit our needs perfectly. We then met Vanessa who was also very engaging, happy and helpful. We said yes to the unit even though we are pay 100.00 more because of how great the staff are here at One Stop Storage in Orange!”

The facility has remote operated gate access with great security camera coverage and is very well lit at night. The drive lanes are nice and wide for maneuvering large vehicles and trailers. The asphalt is in very good condition. I would absolutely recommend J&S to my friends with storage needs.”

“I have had several rented spaces in my time but I've never left a review. I expect a particular level of service for the price I'm paying but Gina and Angel at the Tustin St. location in Orange deserve a mention. First their professionalism and friendly and helpful attitudes were above and beyond. Moving in was an easy process and when I misjudged the space I needed, I was quickly and easily assisted in transferring to an appropriate unit. Every time I have stopped by since, I'm greeted warmly when one or both of them are on the golf cart, either showing a unit or keeping an eye on things. The front office is kept cool and there is a restroom for customer use. The facility is clean and the location is freeway close. Did I mention that I'm paying half for the same size unit I was renting just a few miles away?”
