The team is super attentive, helpful, and dedicated to providing top-notch service and support, with exceptional customer care that is top tier. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very attentive to guests' unique needs, taking the time to develop a tailored experience for events. The staff ensures everything runs smoothly, making events seamless and stress-free from preparation to execution. The venue offers plenty of room for large numbers of guests, featuring a large ballroom that can accommodate many tables, a stage, and additional anterooms. It is an amazing experience for weddings, Quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, and charity dinners, creating a special and incredibly special fairytale setting. The food is incredible, excellent, delicious, and a hit with guests, even for large events. The location and amenities are above and beyond expectation, making it highly recommended for anyone looking to host their next event.
We attended an event hosted by TICKETON. We arrived roughly 40 to 30 minutes early to avoid traffic and parking problems, but the staff at the door wouldn't let anyone in until the scheduled time. I found this unreasonable, as it forced a crowd to either walk back to their cars or wait in an unnecessary line.
