“Love this location for concerts and events. It’s so great that they have multiple hotels that are the shortest walking distance to the venue. I just came here for YF Con and it’s just really nice, clean and spacious. My only complaint is they need more parking signs that lead you to the garage because that was unbelievably frustrating and confusing! Parking is half the price than the LA Convention center so that makes coming to events here more appealing.”

“Absolutely gorgeous venue for my Wife & I’s wedding ceremony. We did some light clean up with the leaves in between the benches, but the employees were out there before us already getting things prepared which was great. Definitely would recommend an affordable and beautiful wedding. Make sure to look ahead at the weather and to get decorations! (The cross was ours)”

“A great time with warm, welcoming people and wonderful music. A truly special car community gathers here at Highway 39 every third Sunday of the month—except in November, when it’s held on the second Sunday.
In November, they host a fantastic fundraiser for children. Bring a unwrapped gift, you receive a ticket for In-N-Out Burger. It’s an amazing way to give back and enjoy a great community event.”

“Lei and team were amazing! From the very first communication through the full party, every detail was taken care of. It’s so nice to have a party venue where the kids can run around while being in a safe space where the parents can relax a bit. We added face paint which the kids loved too! Lei’s team also took care of all the decorating which was done perfectly and made everything so seamless and easy. We’ve hosted at other big places for our other kids and this is hands down our favorite kids party experience. Highly recommend!”

“This Hotel Indigo continues to be a very solid choice. Even on a fully sold-out weekend, the staff handled check-in, parking, and room readiness smoothly and calmly. The hotel keeps a quiet, boutique feel despite being Disney-adjacent, which we really appreciated.

The suite was comfortable and restful, and my partner slept exceptionally well. Breakfast at Chambers was well above expectations for this class of hotel—Karin was warm and attentive, and the front desk team coordinated everything seamlessly, keeping the experience human and unhurried under pressure.

Insider tip: the second-floor lounge overlooking Katella Ave and the lobby is a nice semi-private spot to relax or sit quietly away from the main flow. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and it remains consistently reliable. We’ll happily return.”

“I'm a semi regular at The Ranch and normally I'd be writing a great review because The Ranch is always great. Except for this time. The food, ambiance and drinks were all Ranch standard but the service was not. The server was new, which earns a little grace, but we sat for 20 mins before our drinks were delivered (by the manager) and we were told that our server had been pulled away so we would have a new one. Weird, but okay. New server was great, we loved him! Then the new guy comes back and is our server again (not so great). Every time he came to the table, it felt like our dinner was being interrupted. Again, I've been to The Ranch multiple times, this is not The Ranch type of service. By the time we were done, he brought dessert menus but then disappeared for 20 mins (literally, I timed it). So no dessert. I managed to snag a manager who was passing by to get the check and honestly, it was clear the new guy didn't think he did anything wrong. So unfortunate. Not the best experience here so we went to the saloon after to try and make up for it. Luckily that experience did, but still. Disappointed on the experience in the restaurant this time. Updated: Got a call from the GM, Dustin, who wanted to hear the details of what happened. He was apologetic and wanted to assure me that's not their normal level of service. Very happy with the result. Thanks Dustin!”

“Had our wedding here 2 weeks ago & had a great experience working with Alexis! Alexis always responded to my millions of questions & edits and made me feel at ease. She is great at her job! We were also able to do outside catering which is hard to find at a lot of venues! Day of wedding things went pretty smooth! Overall a great experience! :) highly recommend!”

“Great place for a concert, comedy etc. Great sight lines and great sound and light system. They have their own parking lot with easy access to the building without any stairs. There’s ramps everywhere if you need it for wheelchair, etc. Great bands and great bookings. Keep an eye on their website.”

“Attended Sombr concert October 9th and had an amazing time at the venue which is undergoing a billion dollar renovation. Supervisor Joe and another man with guest services went above and beyond to accomodate our group. We made memories that will last a lifetime! Don't let the construction keep you away. Looking forward to many more events here.”

“This venue was perfect for my daughter’s 18th birthday. I worked directly with one of the owners Sebastian, and he was easy to deal with and delivered everything that was promised. We switched venues just two weeks before the event and still managed to pull it off.

The venue itself is 5 out of 5 stars. It was clean, polished, and beautiful. Our theme was “Gala” and it fit just perfect. Very little decor you need because the lights, tables and covers and venue itself was perfect!

The staff, however, was more of a 2 out of 5. Security was great, but the event manager Karla was not prepared or available. As soon as she arrived, she said she was leaving to get something to eat, and I couldn’t even find her when I needed assistance. She wasn’t familiar with the plan discussed with Sebastian and didn’t know about several things that had already been arranged, including the fact that there was an area for us to get ready in. Also the bartender which I believe was another owner was not pleasant to some of my guest, very short to some of them (all I serving was wine and beer). Also, there crew was hanging out in front of the venue chatting away, it wasn’t professional. For all the extra service fees I would have expected more. I will say Sebastian was 5/5, great customer service and very friendly and helpful!

We had submitted a floor plan and setup details ahead of time, but on the day of the event some things were off. Lounge chairs were missing and brought in during the event, and we had to set them up ourselves. A table was missing, she brought it in but didn’t have a cover, I couldn’t use it. Had to improvise but I made it work. Also, we were able to bring unload things earlier and we were told to place it in a certain area, when we arrived back, it was moved without us being informed. We were scrambling to look for things!

When a family member lost his wallet, I texted the event manager Karla and never got a response. I ended up contacting Sebastian directly, and he handled it promptly.

I would book this venue again, but I would definitely request different staff. Despite the behind-the-scenes issues, my daughter had a successful and memorable event.”

“Helene and Juan were amazing helping me and my wife get our wedding done on February 20, 2023. The food we did through the Ebell's catering was delicious; we had the lemon herb chicken and sautéed swai with the California salad, rosemary potatoes and honey glazed carrots. Would get married here again”

“Beautiful banquet hall where I've had the pleasure of knowing two beautiful brides celebrating their love. My most recent visit was definitely one to remember.

Loved the ambiance the banquet hall provided. The hanging flowers off the ceiling, the lights and vibes, and great dance floor was spectacular. The venue staff were great and made sure to pace everything for our ten-course meal, and I was happy to see some dedicated vegan options provided for me too. I ended up having quite a bit of food and was very pleased to not go hungry at my friend's wedding.

Only thing I wish would've been better were the acoustics. My friend's wedding was nearly 300 guests so it was very hard to hear what was happening if you weren't sitting right near the center stage.

All in all, really happy with the venue providing a great celebration for my dear friends on their biggest nights.”

“This property is a hidden gem! I came across it by yelping small venues for a Birthday party in the OC area and am so glad I found this place! From the moment I reached out to the property I was always in communication with one of their contacts. Even scheduling a viewing or walk-through they were always responsive. This team was such a joy to work. They extremely professional and friendly. Any moment I had questions or needed clarification they were absolutely on it and provided all the resources I needed. The Kraemer building not only has a lower level lobby to host private events or get together's but the upper units in the building are also Airbnb's (which you can directly find on the website when looking to book) The venue (lower lobby) alone is a remarkable gorgeous property. It's two stories and really has everything you need. You feel like you're in a different era while being there. You can tell there's a lot of history and it's an extremely special property. Thank you VNT properties for a memorable experience.”

“We attended an event hosted by TICKETON. We arrived roughly 40 to 30 minutes early to avoid traffic and parking problems, but the staff at the door wouldn't let anyone in until the scheduled time. I found this unreasonable, as it forced a crowd to either walk back to their cars or wait in an unnecessary line.”

“I came here for my niece’s bowling party, and it was a good overall experience. A quick note: the pricing for adults and kids is a bit odd because they only allow kids to bowl and restrict the menu options for children to certain items. Despite that, my sister-in-law was able to get extra food for the adults and arcade cards, which was appreciated.
There was a moment when the water stopped working, and the staff didn’t shut down immediately, so we couldn’t use the restrooms inside the building. They weren’t quick to kick us out either, which was considerate, but we still had to leave eventually. A little more hanging out time would’ve been nice, but I do appreciate their efforts to make sure my niece had a memorable birthday. Overall, a fun spot for celebrating special occasions!”

“The staff was fantastic from the first welcome to the last! The welcome drink on my first day was refreshing as well as a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change was the lack of closet space for two people. Other than that, the pool was great, the staff all around was great and Jahaira
@ the front desk was exceptional!! She was on top of every detail of my eight day stay and even remembered my name
everyday. I was quite impressed by her and your entire staff. I will return to the Lu Lu. It was a wonderful surprise to me!!”

“Great place to have an event. The owner is very flexible and kind! This son and grandkid are hard working men, will take time out of their way to answer any questions. Packages are reasonable, very elegant, clean and professional. Food is amazing, very tasty and filling. Bartending has grate attitude and definitely knows what she’s doing! “While there are a variety of options for entertainment and dining, Samara hits the mark with its music, service and food.

The space is large enough to accommodate large-scale parties and banquets. On weekends they offer live entertainment and dancing -- a great place to unwind after a long week. The owner and staff are welcoming and accommodating; offering great customer service with guest satisfaction their top priority. They always accept feedback and will go above and beyond to make sure your special event is all you hoped it to be.

I always have a pleasant experience at Samara and I recommend them for your entertainment venue whether it's a night out with family and/or friends or for a large-scale event.”

“It was my daughters birthday and she decided to go to K1 to celebrate. Walked in got them signed in and payed for two races, a total of 4 between two girls 14yrs old. The total was $131 for four races and two drivers licenses that included a head scarf for the helmet. The girls first race was in less than 15 min and the second was about 30min after that and each race was 12 laps. Be warned crashes do happen and can cause minor injuries from the seat belts. Over all the girls had a great time, the enviroment has a lot to check out in between heats so you got things to kill the time. Its a bit expensive, but if you got teenage kids wanting to drive, its worth a visit.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights on my first solo Disneyland trip. I felt safe walking to and from the park as well as being in my room alone! My room was so spacious and clean. Lots of places to eat around if you’re feeling peckish. It was the perfect hotel for my stay!”
