Lazy lady works there and won't bring packages up a set of stairs. I ordered 2 12×16 plastic picture frames that weighed 3lbs and she wouldn't deliver it. I had to drive down to the post office to pick it up due to her laziness. This has happened MULTIPLE other times. One time a guy delivered a package to my door instead of her and I told him about her and he knew exactly who I was talking about and that many other people have complained about her. Can't wait until I move then I don't have to deal with their stupidity and laziness.

Keep getting worse. Packages not delivered and no tags left. Just had a purchase not delivered and returned to sender for address does not exist but it was a pitney bowes label with the correct address. Just lazy.

Came in to get my kids' passports. We had zero problems scheduling, and they were very gracious about us arriving a tad late. Staff was very knowledgable, friendly, and courteous.

Yo post office u don't give me my package u lazy hunks get a life touch the grass get a job ima bet if you give all the people's package and mineI'll give u a five star ratings And I'll convince people to get you 5 star review.

Elaine, the supervisor is spoke to about mail delays and forwarding issues were handled with a willingness to get to root of my concerns. She took the time to listen and instead of offering excuses or diverting to someone else- she searched and explained the process and the gaps and helped me resolve the issue and took on additional customers while did paperwork to save me some time and a trip back to verify identity! She is a modern day WONDER WOMAN!!

Excellent service!! I can’t say enough how friendly and efficient they are ! They were willing to do the passport for my 6 month old even we were 30 mins late. They make it so fast and easy for us!! All of them were very friendly and accommodating!

I would like to thank customers for positive and negative comments. It helps us grow and improve our customer service. I see some untruths about me here. A customer stated I berated and negatively commented on their clothing. That is something I would never do. I'm a community volunteer that helps all types of people. Nevertheless, I want to help customers and postal employees learn so I created a channel on YouTube. I will do my 1st live Monday at 3pm PST. The subject will be about Passports. Usps lost my amazon package or put it in the wrong mailbox. Im still not even sure what happened because customer service was not helpful at all. I called the number at this location 6 times because I knew it was ringing and employees were choosing not to answer. On the 6th phone call when they finally answered, I asked which mailbox number they supposedly left my package in so I could try to locate it. The girl on the phone said "I know which carrier it is, he will locate the package and leave it at your door." This never happened and they never called back to update me. I assume they didn't even try to locate my package and she just wanted me to stop calling so she could continue ignore the phone and not do her job. Amazon gave me my money back so i could re-order the package. Amazon was very helpful for an issue that was not even their fault at all. Overall I am very upset with the customer service I received from USPS.

Hi I'm Elaine. We strive to do better at our location. I appreciate all customers comments good and bad. It gives me an opportunity to seek improvements. However, I don't appreciate lies. Someone did a review stating I commented negatively on their appearance. Something I would never do. So to that I'm sorry you had a bad experience but not for straight up lying. I know I have a couple of customers that will never be happy no matter what I do. I look forward to providing you the best service possible. you soon. It's hard to identify me. Only African American at the window. Feeling downs , come see me. I will have a smile and hug (if you need one).

Don't know her name but it was an old Asian woman who was very rude, commented on how she thought I looked fat in my passport photos. Typical behavior for someone who works for the government "services".
