The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization that regularly delivers mail and packages to over 157 million addresses nationwide. With over 30,000 retail locations, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable service. Customers report generally positive experiences at their local USPS branch. The staff is described as very nice, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. One standout employee, Elaine the supervisor, went above and beyond to address a customer's mail delay and forwarding issues, taking the time to listen, explain the process, and help resolve the problem. However, not all staff members receive such high praise. One older male employee with a long beard is described as very rude and disrespectful to customers. Some customers prefer to wait for a different staff member rather than interact with him. Overall, the USPS provides efficient and smooth service, with a few exceptions. The passport application process is noted as particularly streamlined, with helpful staff assisting even the youngest customers. While understaffing can lead to delays at times, the USPS continues to innovate and strive to improve the customer experience at its many locations across the country.

Went to drop off some domestic postcards around noon on a Wednesday. Very quick process, no wait, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in a very scenic area too.
