No stars if I could at all .i placed an order for express pick up phone In stock was made to pick up same day it's been 24hrs had to call verizon specialist so they this store can follow up and actually have them look at mt order. I get it's only a day but it's the inconvenience if order is placed for same day pick up and your expecting it .

This store was amazing! Although I was leaving the service and was treated very poorly by the Orangethorpe branch the employees at this branch were the gold standard of what Verizon should provide. Although I was changing service the employees help me out with any questions and provided good advice moving forward if I were to ever consider going back. This store and there employees should be considered one of the best branches I have ever experienced being a Verizon customer for over 20 years.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would!!!! Do not waste your time attending this Verizon store unless you want to get scammed by David who is the store manager. I have now been charged more than I should’ve been and am furious! AVOID GOING TO THIS VERIZON STORE!!

I had the worst experience at this Verizon store. The manager David made all these promises that he could match the online deals in store and convinced me to switch phone company’s to Verizon. Then, I started seeing all these extra charges and the manager was “trying” to fix and he just so happened to take the entire month “trying” and did not fix anything. He purposely took this long so that we would not meet the 30day return period. David is a scammer who refuses to own up to his mistakes.

I was amazed by the service at this store. Juan Rivera is the best Verizon representative I have encountered. He has over 15 years of experience with Verizon and is an expert in their products and services. I was hesitant to visit a Verizon store for the issue I was having with my phone and account as I had some pretty bad experiences with other representatives at other stores where they were not at all helpful or knowledgeable but I am so glad I decided to come here this time and had Juan resolve my issue. He went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely be back to this store if another issue arises. While I was there, he helped other customers and they were all very happy and thankful for his help. Honestly, 10/10 customer service.
