He has the best customer service, very polite, friendly man and he fixed my necklace in less than 10 minutes, while many other jewelry stores said they would take a week to repair. I was honestly very impressed with his customer service and his friendly demeanor. He even shaved off a broken piece so it wasn’t sharp, which he went the extra way to do. The place is also very clean. Joshua saved my day. He saved me so much time and I’m able to now use my necklace. His prices were great as well. I am honestly really impressed.
