What makes this experience even more incredible is that we completed the entire process remotely, over the phone and FaceTime, without ever seeing the ring in person beforehand, which initially felt a little scary when making such an important purchase.
From the very beginning, Ramzy was patient, reassuring, kind, and incredibly professional. He spent so much time with us on FaceTime, carefully showing us different diamonds and explaining every detail. He even demonstrated exactly how the stunning 4-carat D color VVS2 center stone would look in the setting with the band of oval diamonds so we could truly visualize the final piece. We also splurged and purchased the beautiful 5 mm diamond eternity wedding band to pair with it or alone depending on travel/activities.
When the rings arrived, it surpassed all our expectations. The sparkle, brilliance, and craftsmanship are truly unbelievable. It is elegant, timeless, and beyond stunning. Every detail was perfect.

“Now this place is cool! I drive past this place down Beach Blvd all the time and never thought to swing by and visit until recently. They have a lot of cool gems, crystals, stones and goodies and more! All of the workers were so friendly and polite and you can tell they have a passion for and love what they do. “This is a cute higher end souvenir shop next to carnation cafe. When you walk in, there’s a few cast members that greet you and are there to help you to find just the right item!
