Today I had the worse experience with Margarita Robles. She was so picky on everything. But what bothered me the most is that she returned my check to me and said I needed to add my signature to the check the way it’s written on my ID. I have never had a banker tell me this and it shows how petty she is. She said I was short change and I told her I had added another dollar and to grab from there but she declined and stated she would just go on to the next deposit. I felt like I was being punished for having to many deposits to make but I was waiting in line for 30 minutes so I don’t know why she was the one being rude. I had a guy let me cut in front of him once just so he wouldn’t have to be helped by her and now I understand why.

Today we had a very bad experience with the representative of the branch, but he simply said that he did not want to help us, discriminating is the motto of this guy, thin, rude, very arrogant, whenever we go it is the same!

Whenever I get quarter packets from this branch there’s always at least ONE Chinese coin. I don’t go & complain about a quarter but it continuously happens.. so idk what’s going on.

This is the worst bank ever for customer service. I hate going there. One hour after opening, eight people in line, one teller and a manager, who can only take deposits with no cash involved. 20 minutes later, about 10 people in line after several left, I am now number 6 and not one person has been helped beyond the customer being helped when I came in. Why do they have 8 teller windows and only one teller? Not lunch hour. Maybe they can't get tellers, but this is ridiculous.

New to the area and this branch is ridiculous. A huge line and only 1 teller available. Waited in line for more than 20 minutes.Not to mention a teller finishing his day 2 minutes early with that huge line waiting.

Understaffed, bankers who aren’t doing anything don’t step into assist lines only 2 tellers while 15 people are in line and the tellers talk more than help, then one of the tellers is getting a lesson leaving the only other teller alone, by far worst branch I’ve been to

There seems to be some really bad management at this branch. They are always under staffed at this location. Waiting time is always more than 30 minutes. There is not enough tellers here. They have up to 10 windows but only 1-2 tellers are working at a time so you do have to wait. Bankers here also don't come up and help. They just sit there and look at their monitors. They need to get the bankers to do some teller stuff too.

I understand banks of hours of operations. However, I was really disappointed walking in at 4:25ish to set up a new bank account for my son and was turned away. I know just like everyone else, everyone wants to get home at a decent hour. The manager stated that it would take up to 45 min to an hour. The one banker they did have available was being used as a teller as they were short. There were a total of 3 tellers (Young black woman, a Hispanic gentleman, the banker associate, and manager) and at this hour, I feel like it could of been managed. This was a teen account and I know the signing would be the nightmare, but we would of made it go smoothly. I was very irritated and disappointed at this service. It was not that busy as its closing time and there were two other people behind me! I work as a truck driver, so I am barely home. My wife works in the hospital and works very long hours. 12-16 hour shifts Monday thru Saturday. So to get in some day time to set this up for our son was super important to us. As a manager, would you feel the need to help or go the distance for your loyal customers. I will never go back to this bank, I have been with Wells Fargo over 15 years and this is the first time I have ever dealt with this kind of service. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Came to this branch today. Their was a very long line so one of the tellers comes outside yelling at WellsFargo Guests. Very very unprofessional for a bank teller She kicked some ppl to wait outside in the hot weather. She thinks because we are Latinos we are going to let her get away with it. Bad experience with this visit. I’m glad I didn’t get an account here. It just take a lil professionalism, I guess this lady brings her problems from home to the bank. I’m going to ask what her name is. Never seen this kind of behavior. The tellers name is Melissa. She shouldn’t yell at guests who dose she think she is.
