Banker Gina Schuller is praised for her amazing customer service, going above and beyond to assist a customer who was late for an appointment, helping them open a special rate CD account in a timely manner. Customers have also expressed their satisfaction with the overall service, stating that they don't have to wait long when calling the bank, and that it is an excellent place that has always treated them well. However, one customer has noticed an ongoing issue with receiving Chinese coins in their quarter packets, though they don't seem to make a big deal out of it.
