Jared and the other guys got right on it and took time to explain why some batteries are under the driver's seat. Sold me a new one only after determining the old one had issues. “This store has always been my favorite O'Reilly's
The employees are always so helpful. Tonight sealed it for me I went there with my brother just to get oil and a filter to do an oil change on has 2017 pissat. While grabbing the oil cap to check the oil weight I dropped it into the engine compartment, and it ended up on the plastic skid plate in an unreachable area, Sean was so helpful, we tried to find a replacement, and even tried to find some temp fixes for over almost 2 hrs in the rain. I finally decided to go get my tools and drop the skid plate. When I got back Sean was laying on the ground in the rain with his own tools he had pulled the skid plate partially off of the car, located and retrieved the oil cap himself. Saving that day, my brother was even able to make it to his friends house for dinner in time. All thanks to Sean.
