“Dude, these guys saved my trip. Rolled in with my 2011 CR-V right as they were about to close, battery was toast after 4 years of Redding heat, full discharge, even reset my radio and clock. I’ve got a Redding-to-Bay Area trip coming up and needed this sorted, no joke. They got me a new battery, cleaned up the terminals, made sure everything was squared away, all right there in the parking lot, done in like 30 minutes, right before closing time. Didn’t rush me, didn’t make me come back tomorrow, just handled it. I can’t remember the name of the guy who did the install for us but his name started with a J, super chill. Straight up good people doing solid work. If you need a battery and want it done right without the runaround, this is the spot. Five stars, easy.”

“My van needed a new battery. Located under driver's seat. Not an easy task to replace. Jared and the other guys got right on it and took time to explain why some batteries are under the driver's seat. Sold me a new one only after determining the old one had issues. Great price and excelllent service.”

“Had a blown fuse. I asked him if they could replace it. They said technically they’re not allowed to anymore but the guy just gave me the fuse. So nice and a fuse puller thank you so much. I appreciate you guys. Have a good day.”

“I was here today (Sunday, October 3) right before 12 PM to get new wiper blades and a couple other things. The guy was on his own juggling a couple customers in line, somebody on the phone and me needing a little help with finding and installing the right wiper blades. Despite that, he remained professional, respectful and on top of it! Great customer service and I was helped with grabbing and installing those wiper blades and am very satisfied with the guy who was helping everyone!”

“I've had nothing but excellent customer service everytime I've been in this location, and it was no different when I went in a few days ago for a code scan on my vehicle as my check engine light came on for the 1st time. Jay was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided me w/great recommendations.”

“The customer service at Batteries Plus was exceptional. Although the battery replacement on my girlfriend's Galaxy S22 took slightly longer than anticipated, the overall service was satisfactory. We appreciate the assistance provided by the team at Batteries Plus in repairing her phone.”
