“Edit:
* Due to ownership being so professional and responding to my concerns, I am increasing my rating. I just think the customer should be 1st priority when working in a service industry...and I left so upset that the cashier wasn't even listening, that I felt it was important to say something. Usually, I am greeted and treated well. Thank you for speaking to your employee! *
Usually the service is decent. Today, for example the cashier wasn't even listening or understanding the questions I asked him...had me purchase a lottery ticket I didn't ask for. He was too busy talking on the phone and completely oblivious. Do better!!
Otherwise, my place to go to get inexpensive gas and snacks.
And lottery tickets WHEN I WANT THEM!”

“It's a great place to stretch your legs! Busy enough you won't have problems, but slow enough you won't have problems. ? If an extra $2.00 is worth the headache, well continue on down the road we won't miss you!”

“I was driving across the state and had to fuel up, get snacks, water, etc., and briefly pitstop here. Then my bank debit card was flagging fuel charges, sent me and the gas station notifications "fraudulent x-state charges" (BTW, great bank customer service notifications). The patient employees here were very helpful, understanding, and helped me expedite through the banking issues. No attitude, all patience while I sorted out what may have looked like debit card fraud across the state w/ my charges. Somehow, I was charged 3x while trying to sort it out w my bank, and the management here QUICKLY (immediately!) were on top of it: expediting refunds, and reached out later to follow up. There are places that wouldn't do this, so I was absolutely thrilled with this pitstop and how they handled it. I have to drive this route in the future, and I'll stop here again. Keep it up, customers want service like this, which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks, guys!”
“When you find yourself out that way country market is the place to stop whether it be for a quick bite, cold drinks fuel up, the staff is great. The location is easy to access. And if you haven't been here, do yourself a favor stop in and say, hi.”

“Last night I didn't get to spend Thanksgiving with family or friends. I did however have my cats that I have had for the past 15 Thankgivings and every other holiday. Personally, I can miss a meal or two and I'll be ok. This month has been financially difficult for me and I needed to get food for my cats. But, I also needed gas as I barely had enough to get to the gas station. I stopped at the Anderson, California AM PM on Rhonda Road at approximately 6:15pm and proceeded to pay for $5.00 of gas using my saved change as the last of my money was to get food for my cats. If I have to wait until I get paid on the 1st of the month to buy groceries for myself, I know I can get by, but I can't make my cats wait. I've had them since kittens more than 15 years and their health and happiness are very important to me as they already have problems due to their age. So, I get just enough gas to be able to get food for my cats and be able to drive home without worry of running out of gas. I gave the very polite young man my five dollars of quarters for my gas and he told me he was adding $20 more on my purchase. I told him I don't understand because all I had was what I gave him. That's when he took his phone and reached around to the purchase card reader and paid $20 from his phone. I did not get his name but I did shake his hand and thanked him and wished him a Happy Thanksgiving. I had never seen him before and might not again. But, he touched my life and made extra thankful for his generous gift. Hopefully he was able to have Thanksgiving dinner with his family earlier if not later and his family should be proud of him to help a total stranger like he did. And if he sees or hears about my review, I want him to know that his selfless act will be paid forward.”

“Pharmacist and cashier were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The pharmacist went out of his way to assist me on what vaccines I needed and I will be returning to get my covid update.”
“Today was a crappy day with the crazy traffic and people out shopping for Christmas and I wasn't in the best mood but when I came to mavericks to get fuel the cashier named Shelby was very helpful and got what I needed and turned my day around. Thank you.”
