“This review is for Kio. I called Metro to cancel a line that I wasn't using. I also wanted to change an additional service.

The phone agents were hopeless. They said I could not cancel the line, and they didn't offer me any other services. (The service I wanted was listed on their website)

Kio helped me with both of my issues within 5 minutes. I was ready to cancel my service with T-Mobile before going into their store.

Also, Kio was very professional with all of the other customers I saw in the store too. Even when dealing with a difficult Facebook issue for customer. Respect! He really deserves a raise.
