“Ryan and Todd were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I was there for a few (4) hours getting new internet devices, a new phone, adding and canceling lines as well as changing to a business account and changing addresses. Ryan worked with me and was very professional. One of the new internet devices didn't work and when I took it back both Ryan and Todd helped troubleshoot the problem. They worked diligently to correct the problem. I'm not very tech savvy and they were very patient. I definitely recommend this store!”

“Once we were assisted by a representative, our visit very smooth. Initially, we did encounter some wait time due to the store being quite busy. However, after about 10 minutes, a person who seemed to be the manager (I'm not the best at remembering names) kindly informed us that there would be a slight wait as there were customers ahead of us.This gesture of communication really made our day and added to our positive experience at the store.”

“Due to a new security code needed to pay the bill I found myself unable to pay it online. So I thought I will do as I always used to do and just go in and pay it in person. The office in Redding shut down, much to my shock and annoyance . The Westwood Village office was nice enough to answer the phone and give me instructions to call 611 so that I could pay my bill that was due that day. As I am handicapped and could not drive all the way down to their store. The one in Redding never did answer the phone in years past, it was always Westwood that helped me out.”

“This sure looks like the Charter/Spectrum complaint site! No one seems to post here unless they have a complaint or gripe about their TV or internet! Yelp is like that, a place to vent your rage, but this really doesn't give a complete picture of the total customers views, mostly because if everything goes well, people don't post about that, that just assume it's supposed to work and that's it. Look up reviews of any public utility, like PG&E! If Charter or Spectrum were THAT bad, the business would have failed long ago.I moved into my place in Red Bluff and called to get the internet hooked up. I've cut the TV cord, there's enough to see on Netflix and Amazon and a bunch of other stuff on my Roku device. That all thru the internet. All I needed was the internet connection and WiFi. I do wish there was a service center in Red Bluff.Service is just fine, I mean the internet connection. When I have to come to this service center, I make an appointment and the wait is not long at all. The tech replaced my older modem and router no prob, cause I get my equipment thru Spectrum, that way if something breaks or gets old, I get a free upgrade!Speed is super fast 370Mbs+, way faster than I need, but it's good to have. I really got no complaints about Spectrum at all.”
“The same day I learned of a death in my family, my phone broke and was completely unusable. I had service with AT&T and called to see if they could help. Indeed they did. They understood the need for a quick fix so I could stay in contact with my family. I was eligible for an upgrade and I got it at a fantastic price.Better than that was the exceptional customer service. Zach was very kind and knowledgeable about the products they offered, and he and the owner Debbie stayed long after closing to get me set up with a new phone. Zach worked hard to ensure all my apps and data were transferred, even though the previous phone was broken.Appreciation is not a strong enough word to describe how I feel about my interactions with Zach and Debbie. They cared, they helped, and they gave generously of their off-hours time. Because of their old-fashioned customer care, I am loyal to AT&T. Thank you, Zach and Deb!”
