“It was busy. I believe the person that greets you at any ATT should be able to take 6 mins and see if you even need to wait for 20mins for a 5 min fix on your plan.

“Beyond helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable in the phone industry. Fast service. Comfortable waiting lounge. Conveniently located. These guys will get you a phone no doubt. Just have some form of id and your food benefits card. Ask about upgrading phones for 10 bucks and if you can afford it. Consider leaving them a 5 or 10 dollar tip to help make sure they stay taking care of us all at this location. Well worth it. Don't go anywhere else. Note. T-Mobile network gets much better coverage then any and all other carriers networks. Especially in the hills westward of Redding.”
“I had a seamless and competent experience at the Verizon store on Churn Creek in Redding CA. After Us Cellular sold to T mobile l had weeks of problems and the most incompetent service l had experienced in my LIFETIME!! And l’m old!

We had the pleasure of having SAM helping us with the purchase of 2 phones, 1 tablet, and switching from Verizon. Sam was a happy young man, easy to talk with, knowledgeable about our wants and needs, and was genuinely interested in us as customers. We definitely, 💯 recommend this store.”

“My daughter Took my granddaughter in to get her first phone. Fabian was the best, no. better than I have ever seen anyone do. He kept track of all the people needs in the store. Prioritizing each need.
You see the Anderson store was closed and he was alone.
My Granddaughter felt like she was the most important person in the store, but than so did each customer.
He presented her with her phone and helped Mom reinforce the rules for safety. He was wonderful and entertaining making the wait seem minor.
Also she added a tablet for her son, he gave her his thoughts and pointers on what he felt was important for his needs.
Thinking of how boring that experience could have been, and how it actually went, I was surprised when I found out he wasn't the manager of the store.
My advice to Metro is every manager should be as excited to do his job and caring as Fabian.”

“We switched from Verizon to T Mobile, and got 4 iPhones 17 for free when we switched, they beat Verizon’s pice so much so that we even added an extra line for the 5th member of our family and it was still cheaper than what I was paying with Verizon. Sam was the gentleman that helped us in the store, he was very patient and explained things very well. He was very honest and upfront about the whole package and how the deal worked. He gave us some helpful tips regarding battery life and Apple Care. He even turned on the World Cup game for us while we transferred data and set up new phones. I hate getting new phones and was honestly dreading the whole process, but with Sam it was easy and fun. Great guy! Great service! Great deal!”

“The only thing I found difficult was having to stand for a length of time while doing business. I am disabled and a senior. Years ago they would have tables and we sat at them and conducted our business. It was also freezing in there, one woman went to her car and got a car blanket. I felt like I was going to collapse. It is not disabled friendly. The service and staff are great though. I tjink ut must be extremelt hard o. The staff to stand all day for 8 hours a day too. I have noticed a large turn over of staff members.”
