Replaced my starter. Over and above...he cleaned my battery terminals, put a missing bolt on the motor mount and fixed an exhaust leak...no extra charge. Previous service they were able to get a defective catalytic converter replaced free of charge (except labor) solving a check engine light problem. Super happy
