I recently called him because I was having issues with the A/C in my car. I had the entire A/C system replaced at another shop about three years ago, so I was frustrated to already be having the same issue again. I brought it to Justin, he confirmed there was a problem, took care of the replacement, and now the A/C works great. His pricing was very reasonable, and the whole experience was straightforward from beginning to end.
What makes it even better is that I actually knew Justin from years ago when I helped him as a customer at Verizon. After reconnecting with him, I found out that my dad and brother have also been bringing their vehicles to him for years. That says a lot to me.
Justin is a no-nonsense, honest guy. He doesn't try to oversell you, pressure you into repairs you didn't ask for, or make things more complicated than they need to be. He listens to what you need, tells you what's going on, and gets the job done.
It's hard to find a mechanic you feel like you can genuinely trust, especially when it comes to being fair on price and not selling you things you don't need. After my experience with Justin—and knowing my family has trusted him for years—Auto Inc. will definitely be my go-to shop from now on.

“A few months ago I came here after my car failed a smog check at another place. The other place implied that I needed to get a new catalytic converter so I decided to get my car looked at here. Turned out my O2 sensors were just weak and needed to be replaced and they gave recommendations on which brands I should rely on. They also gave my car a smog check and it just barely passes. I was happy after my visit and will definitely come back. ☺️☺️☺️”

“We can’t speak highly enough of David C. with Anderson RV Sales and rentals in Anderson, CA. My husband and I are on a cross country trip from NC in a 2018 motorhome. On Saturday, April 4th, and yes EASTER WEEKEND, our full side slide became stuck on one side and would not work. By shear luck, my husband called the first number that came up in Google under RV repair and called it. David answered and after some discussion on a time line, we spent the next 2-1/2 - 3 hours on David’s RV lot. Long story short, he saved our trip. We’re up and running and now heading to our next destination. He was also good company to chat with. It was our lucky day!
