“I’m updating my review because I just went in the valley Springs store and a very nice manager type gentleman addressed my concern and he was very very sweet about it and as usual the gal behind the counter Marie who helped me was very nice so I’m changing my stars to five because I’m not gonna knock one store cause of another store
Really like Dan and Dan and the crew but these women they have working there are just not a pleasure to do business with. I went in there last night to return something and first of all they were both out on the floor. One was helping a customer. The other was not they let me stand there for quite a minute minutes before they even came over to the registers they never once did acknowledge me until they got to the register. Also, I simply returned a can of spray paint which was $19 and 50 something cents and you would think that the girl could’ve just gave me a $20 bill back I talked to corporate. I know that it could’ve instead she made me deal with Apple Cash but now I have to wait days for my $20 which just seems like it would’ve been a lot simpler for his hand the 19 bucks but since she wanted to be difficult about it whatever but I think I’ll stick with my valley spring store because at least the females down there are polite”
