“I’m updating my review because I just went in the valley Springs store and a very nice manager type gentleman addressed my concern and he was very very sweet about it and as usual the gal behind the counter Marie who helped me was very nice so I’m changing my stars to five because I’m not gonna knock one store cause of another store

Really like Dan and Dan and the crew but these women they have working there are just not a pleasure to do business with.
I went in there last night to return something and first of all they were both out on the floor. One was helping a customer. The other was not they let me stand there for quite a minute minutes before they even came over to the registers they never once did acknowledge me until they got to the register. Also, I simply returned a can of spray paint which was $19 and 50 something cents and you would think that the girl could’ve just gave me a $20 bill back I talked to corporate. I know that it could’ve instead she made me deal with Apple Cash but now I have to wait days for my $20 which just seems like it would’ve been a lot simpler for his hand the 19 bucks but since she wanted to be difficult about it whatever but I think I’ll stick with my valley spring store because at least the females down there are polite”

“Great people and helpful at the location. I didn't find what I was in need of but the experience was nice & they pointed me in the right direction. I would go back.”

“We come to the Car Doctor to get our propane filled, and they’ve always treated us incredibly well. Everyone there is genuinely kind and helpful.
One time I needed a light bulb for my car, and they didn’t even hesitate—they just gave it to me and told me to come back and pay later. That kind of trust and generosity really sticks with you.
They’re always so nice to us, and it’s the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back. Great people and great service.”
