“Katlynn is an absolute badass! I came in looking for a specialized interior light bulb for my dad's Toyota Corolla. She spent almost an hour, if not more, helping me search for this bulb, both online and in-store. She even went as far as calling Toyota's parts department to see if she could retrieve a parts number, but unfortunately, they were closed. Although no replacement bulb was found, it was easily some of the most amazing customer service I've had from an auto parts store. Thank you so much, O'Reillys!”
