They were professional, moving our appliances, being very efficient and organized in their work. They made sure every detail of the new installation was taken care of. Cleanup was done quickly and our questions were answered before they left. We’re very happy with the work and will use Pinnells again for sure.”

Most recently and why I felt compelled to write a review, we called Pinnell’s needing tack strip installed around a new cabinet we installed, and the carpet stretched back into place to the new strip. They were able to use a local contact to get us taken care of the SAME DAY! Nothing short of exceptional. Not sure they can always get to it that fast, but even once in a blue moon will keep us coming back.
