“So we’re looking for flooring for our new ADU. At the big box store the lady was nice & everything but we just couldn’t get a feel for what the floors would look like down on the actual floor because the samples are all mounted high on the walls (so the stock could be stored below). Then we decided to shop local and the woman at Quality Floors was incredible! So patient & friendly & helpful & insightful- I could go on & on (Really, I could.). Joann (the owner) is a joy! Shes just wonderful to work with and has about as many samples as the big chain had except that her samples are HUGE and you can actually lay them on the floor to see what they’ll look like in your own house (this makes more of a difference than you might think it would). Do yourself a favor: start here at Quality Floors instead of getting a sore neck looking up at the big store.”

“The previous floor installer did a very poor job. The vinyl plank seams began to break and or separate. For more than a year we tried t get the company to make repairs. On two separate occasions, they sent inspector/installers to evaluate then just ignored us.

My wife spoke with Jeremiah with Pinnell’s Flooring at the Home and Garden show in Sonora. Jeremiah set up an appointment to look at our problem and recommend a solution at no cost or obligation . Within a week Steve, Pinnell’s inspector/installer, arrived on time, made a thorough and professional inspection and proposed a very understandable and reasonable repair solution and took the results back to Jeremiah. Within days Jeremiah contacted me with the proposed repair and cost. He indicated that if I wanted to do the repair, he would send the contract and schedule the repair. Within one week Merlin and Aiden arrived on time and did a very professional repair and corrected several other mistakes made by the previous installers. Merlin and Aiden also meticulously cleaned up and put all furniture back in its place.

Needless to say my experience with Pinnell’s Flooring, Jeremiah, Steve, Merlin and Aiden was the exact opposite from the previous McCurley Flooring.
Pinnell’s Flooring was most professional, reliable, knowledgeable, transparent, very timely, very careful and cleaned up meticulously at a reasonable cost.
