“Came upon this place just driving by, sign say they have vacation rentals available. I explored but was unable to find anyone to inquiry about renting. There is a swampy lake, a couple houses and shacks, and what looks like a really cozy jacuzzi if it wasn't for the green water.”

Both the Arts Council Gallery and the near adjacent Calaveras History Museum are eminently worthy of your time and combine to offer an interesting hour or two in this historic town.”

“Wonderful agency that needs support. Check with them first when seeking a pet because they take care of everything a pet needs. Vaccines, spay neuter, medical exam etc. Is included in the adoption fees. The volunteers and staff are so very kind as well as skilled and knowledgeable. I'll support them always.”
