Although a beautiful venue, if you want any kind of customer service, please avoid this booking this place for your event. Broken promises and price gouging is what to expect. Specific examples? How about $15 for half a plastic cup of wine? The servers were told to give minimum amounts of food even though we were charged $60 per plate for a buffet style dinner where they ran out of salad. If you have a concern or issue, calling, texting, knocking on the office door, and showing up in person will ALL be ignored. There are many more examples but there is not enough space to note them all. Tears, anger, embarrassment, disappointment, frustration are the result of contracting with this establishment. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The golf course is beautiful. But like others have said, the guy in the pro shop is terrible at customer service. The bar staff was excellent.

played the course today but we did not get a vey good reception from Rick in the pro shop. He was rude, not helpful and did not smile. They should have had someone that is more welcoming to those who are paying to play their course. Although Travis in the bar was very friendly & enjoyed talking to him. after golf, we had a meal & was greeted with a smile and very good service. my low stars are for the poor reception from Rick

Just finished our round at Greenhorn Creek. Our first time here. Loved the course. Lots of character although the greens are not in great shape. The reason for two stars is the guy running the pro shop. I think his name may have been Rick. This guy has zero personality. Instead of greeting our group with a smile and at least a "have a good day" he acted like he was pissed off that we were interrupting his day. He was the same way when we called to book the tee time. He's the face of the course and should make you feel welcome. Instead he acts like a jerk and makes us think twice about ever returning.

The chef has made some wonderful changes to the menu and the weekly specials have been delicious. Had the fish and chips yesterday, it was on the weekly specials! Please keep on the menu, they were delicious The staff is incredible, especially Roger in the bar! Hope they get busier soon!

Worldmark is no longer Wyndham, and it shows. New appliances, new faucets, and the change over has just started. I love this resort. Now I will love it more.

Food & drinks: We sat outside. Had to move out away from the bldg. The music was loud and obnoxious. The fries were good. Pastrami sandwich was OK. Meat seemed dry, even w cheese and mayo.

Beautiful, challenging course, fantastic clubhouse with really good food! Take a few hours to play in paradise!
