The receptionist knew the answers to my questions and was kind. Offered a phone call to me for when my prpoane tank was ready. The only thing I felt a tad uncomfortable about was having me set my tank outside the door.

There was definately a LP odor when main burner flame on. Service technician Russ showed up pronto and worked through a process of elimination to find the problem. Russ went above and beyond to help us find the source of leak and now we have heater just ahead of winter.Thanks again Russ ... You are outstanding Technician.
