Today I had a gas leak and Ian came out to help with the problem. He was on his way to Copperopolis and turned his truck around and came as fast as he could. Ian was tireless in finding the source of the gas leak. He was thorough and did not give up. I appreciate his help so much. Thank you Team JS West!

Showed up today at the cabin, (memorial day weekend) found we had a small propane leak. Called the after hours number for JS West, Victor the on call service technician was on site shortly and repaired the issue, very professional and efficient. Thank you for the awesome customer care.
