She is so helpful and patient. We moved back to bb at the start of coronavirus and furnished our house via Amazon... Karen has basically helped us move... Can't thank her enough.”

“Wow, FINALLY some helpful support from them! I forgot the guy's name (Glasses, bit of scruff, grey-ish hair) but he managed to get me going from feeling frustrated to resolving the situation, even finding the package that was about to be sent back and grabbed it before it was. Even helped me set it up so that if a package is sent to my house instead of my PO Box they'll send it anyway Real good sport about all of it, the fact he managed to defuse me when I was as frustrated as I was felt nice too. Thank you, man.”

“These people really do their best under the circumstances. Being in the mountains can cause staffing issue in bad weather. Occasionally, a worker will socialize a little too long and hold up the line but nothing ridiculous. Overall a great post office, with a small-town vibe!”
