“Jodi was the salesperson who came to our new home to take the measurements and provide samples of blinds. I was unable to meet with her in person but my realtor did. I spoke with Jodi via Facetime. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and provided recommendations. She explained it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the blinds to be ready and they were ready by 4 weeks. Justin and Roy were the installers. They did an awesome job. They were fast and professional. They even showed my son how to open and close the blinds. The blinds are beautiful and of high quality and very well made. I am so glad I selected Budget Blinds. I am very happy with their work, professionalism and customer service. If you are looking for window coverings, I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Rancho Cordova & East Elk Grove. You will not be disappointed.”

“We were in the market for a new Kitchen Table/Chairs for over a year. We finally selected a Table and 6 chairs (Moe's Furniture). Next step was finding a Distributor of this furniture from a Store/Company who had affordable & fair pricing but, most important, who were honest and had excellent Customer Service. We were pleasantly surprised when we found Rose from Model Home Accents. Throughout the buying and delivery process, Rose was consistently professional, personable and communicative the ENTIRE time. Anymore these days, this is a rarity. It's obvious that Rose cares deeply about her customers and she absolutely knows how to treat people with care and respect. Our only regret is that we wish we would have found or known about Rose & Model Home Accents a year ago when we moved into our new home! For future purchases, we will ALWAYS check in with Rose because we cannot imagine ever buying from anyone else!”

“I contacted Becky for design advice and help in putting furniture onto our back patio as well as create a design for a side yard. She was easy to work with, asked lots of questions, and listened to my answers. Although we haven't completed the side yard design yet, I love what she designed, and hope that maybe we can complete that project next year.
We did complete the back patio area, and it turned out really well. We didn't use to spend much time outdoors, and we are out there everyday now. Even my husband has enjoyed it, and he has balked for years in doing a project like this. I highly recommend using Becky's services. She has a real eye for design.”

“Kudos Chai Saephan and the LP Pros at the Fair Oaks store. We had problems with one of the Windmolen fans we purchase from you. We contacted the “service” dept at Windmolen and they were totally useless. In desperation we reached out to our LP folks and we’re lucky enough to speak with Chai. He was technically save’ enough recommending replacing the fan motor receiver and assisted us in getting the part. With a little effort, my bride and I had the fan up and running! Thanks Chai! That’s the kind service you can expect from the LP Pros!”
“This place is like a vintage wonderland! There were a lot of Halloween decorations, as well as handmade and vintage items. The items are thoughtfully laid out on display, making it very enjoyable to look around and shop. I spent at least an hour looking around, and would be going back to look for new items.”

“We purchased our bed sometime in September We walked in probably like an hour before they closed knowing we were cutting it close but I was determined to try the beds especially after seeing mattresses and frames were in my budget. Bridget greeted us and never once made us feel bad bout the time we walked in. Never mentioned what time they close nothing. She got our names and asked questions about what we thought we were in the market for. She never asked our budget inquired about income, nothing. Just made sure we found what we wanted. Ironically I thought I wanted the more expensive option but my boyfriend and I liked a cheaper option more, not because prices but because of comfort. Because we got a cheaper mattress we were able to splurge on other options like pillows and sheets. Bridget was very clear about warranty, what could be returned or exchanged and what absolutely could not. She made sure to repeat it and actually made it funny and memorable. She was extremely close in helping us find our sleep number but also let us know that number could change over time. I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. It was the best experience dealing with a salesperson that I can recall. Since our purchase a few months ago she has texted once a month to make sure we are happy with the purchase and has been very instrumental in help us figure out comfort level and answering questions. I hope to not have to buy another bed for a long time but if I did I would 100 look for Bridget again. A++ on sales, and as for the bed, we got the flex top P5 (not at all what I was expecting to buy) and the flex fit 2 adjustable base which is what I wanted. We are very happy with our purchase. Were just over 2 months in with sleeping and adjusting. It takes time, but we found our comfort levels and we are sleeping well.”

“A good store for creativity. There are already a lot of things for Halloween and New Year, of course there are expensive goods, but they are high-quality, made of cotton or other good materials. There are fabrics for sewing, carpets, frames, pads, boxes, canvases, paints of different brands and purposes. I definitely recommend this store for visiting something here you can buy 100%.

“We came in looking for some slab for a desk, fell in love with a 3 - 4" thick piece of walnut that had warped a bit but they could salvage some for our 1.25" desk plan. Half down as a deposit, Made some drawings including how to process the drop, sent it off, and they started on it.Turns out the piece was still too wet in their opinion (therefore would continue to warp) and they began looking for another piece.We ran out of time for the project and they were understanding and happy to refund the project. Incredibly happy they could tell it was still too wet because I was already fretting if this desk would warp on me.I will 100% be coming back for wood when I can take on this project again!”
