“I have rented from this location before and really had a great experience here. This time when I rented, I could not get the padlock on the back unlocked. I drove the truck to the office and the employee that ended up checking the truck back in later that day just yanked it open for us! Thank you! And with a smile the whole time! All the employees there are so nice!”

I also appreciated that the vehicle could be returned even on non-business days — that’s extremely convenient. The truck was in good working condition, and everything operated the way it should. There was a little bit of leftover trash inside, but it didn’t affect my overall impression. Ryder does a great job, and I would definitely rent from them again.”

“The store manager Viola at the Auburn & Madison location was the best experience I've had to date! She was very professional and didn't make me feel like just a customer. I've been to that location before to help others that have rented a U-haul, and they had a bad experience. I was hesitant to rent from this location, but needed to get things moved ASAP. Viola changed my whole view about renting from that location and I will definitely be recommending that location to people in the area.”
“We were in a car wreck and had to rent a car through Budget. We rented a vehicle for a week, but had to keep extending daily, because we couldn't find a car. They gave us a great price weekly and daily. All of budgets customer service representatives were great. They were all very professional and had great customer service skills. I can't remember everyone's name, but I do remember Jade. Thank you so much for all your help, knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills! “U-Haul in Antelope, CA, specifically at Autotek and First American Self Storage did a great job. The office is located inside Autotek. (there are signs posted)
The staff is helpful and friendly. They helped me connect my back to back reservations so I didn't have to come back and check-in. The truck had a lot of battle scars, but ran and worked well.
They have an afterhours drop box to drop off when the office is closed. I even received a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was okay. (Nice touch!)
They are located fairly close to Denio's Farmers Market. Overall a great experience. We highly recommend them!”
