On multiple occasions, I have experienced delays of one to two hours, and the proprietor has demonstrated understanding by not imposing additional charges for an extra day. However, a three-hour delay did result in such a charge.”

“The general manager on site is fantastic. She provided direct services. She also was aware of the young employees and without missing a step very kindly provided training without embarrassing the ee. She did thus for verification of tow vehicle specifications and the again kindly directing check in staff to have me park in the correct location and then showed them how to inspect the trailer including lights as well as demonstrating how to safely disconnect the trailer from my truck. Her skills are not seen in most businesses. Please let her know we appreciate her work ethic.”

“Number one Uhual place I Sacramento. They always have a truck available. A giant inventory of trucks that are clean and ready to go. The young man, Safif at the front desk. Always smiling in a great mood and goes out of the way. The amount of effort and how much he cares is admirable. Also the main lady in charge, Courtney. Everytime I’ve been there, she is always welcoming and always makes the process the easiest and efficient way to help solve your problems. The whole staff (opening&closing) shifts are all so genuine and actually show they care and want to be there. Speaks volume of the manager and the environment of this particular Uhual.”
