“Number one Uhual place I Sacramento. They always have a truck available. A giant inventory of trucks that are clean and ready to go. The young man, Safif at the front desk. Always smiling in a great mood and goes out of the way. The amount of effort and how much he cares is admirable. Also the main lady in charge, Courtney. Everytime I’ve been there, she is always welcoming and always makes the process the easiest and efficient way to help solve your problems. The whole staff (opening&closing) shifts are all so genuine and actually show they care and want to be there. Speaks volume of the manager and the environment of this particular Uhual.”
“The U-Haul facility I frequent consistently provides the necessary equipment, even in the absence of a prior reservation. On multiple occasions, I have experienced delays of one to two hours, and the proprietor has demonstrated understanding by not imposing additional charges for an extra day. However, a three-hour delay did result in such a charge.”

I also appreciated that the vehicle could be returned even on non-business days — that’s extremely convenient. The truck was in good working condition, and everything operated the way it should. Got a truck with a hydraulic lift gate and I think they're the only company left in the area, that allows people to rent those. That comment may be out of date at some point, but I'll probably be coming back anytime I need to lift or move heavy stuff.”

“The general manager on site is fantastic. She provided direct services. She also was aware of the young employees and without missing a step very kindly provided training without embarrassing the ee. She did thus for verification of tow vehicle specifications and the again kindly directing check in staff to have me park in the correct location and then showed them how to inspect the trailer including lights as well as demonstrating how to safely disconnect the trailer from my truck. Her skills are not seen in most businesses. Please let her know we appreciate her work ethic.”
“From online booking reservation system to store pre-visit with move expert local manager Shaddi, to early key drop off 800 miles later, our cross state budget renal truck move worked like clockwork! On the front end Shaddi educated me about vest packing and driving tips as well as let me use a dolly a few days before my rental. Ranch Cordova store manager Shaddi is kind, honest, straightforward and knows the moving business. The truck was clean, fully operational and ready on time, the price quoted was the price paid! “This location is great! Easily accessible with a wide shoulder to park the truck while opening or closing the gate.
U-Haul on the other hand… It took over 30 mins for me to pick up the vehicle due to the U-Haul app crashing. I was unable to upload pre trip photos. When I called uhaul the wait time was over 40 mins. In the end I was able to obtain the truck but it delayed my move. When I returned the truck the process was smoother on the app.”
