He was willing to go the extra mile for us, and although we had a car in mind that we liked a lot, he let us check out a few other options with different color ways and features to ensure we not only purchased the vehicle that we needed, but something we loved too.
At first we were extremely discouraged after spending several hours at another dealership down the street, however decided to return back to Carlos, as Lions Auto Sales was initially our first stop. Carlos was very flexible and beyond willing to work with our budget - in fact he saved us over 50% of what we were initially planning on spending. He was extremely helpful and considerate upon our return, always with a smile on his face. He was very uplifting and beyond helpful when it came to the signing and payment process, explaining everything which we needed to know for our new purchase. Despite it being later within the evening, my partner finished the majority of the paperwork needed prior to myself getting off work and arriving to the dealership. Upon my arrival, Carlos had wonderful energy, was well organized, and had all the additional documents I needed to complete printed and ready to go - allowing for the entire process to go both smoothly and quickly without any rush. Additionally, a great conversationalist and all around a wonderful salesman and individual!
Carlos was also generous enough to let us know if anything pops up within the first week of our purchase, to simply give their dealership a call in order to resolve any issues. Very minor things popped up, for example we noticed one of our fog lights were out. Carlos was true to his word and assisted us in scheduling a date and time we could take in the vehicle to fix such, and the car was just like new in less than an hour.
Not only were we blessed to get a new car, but it was also pleasure meeting Carlos and building a great relationship with both himself and Lions Auto Sales as a reliable and honest dealership you could trust. “There was a pending recall for my Honda accord hybrid. I first approached a Honda dealer near my home. On the scheduled day I was told that I had to empty the gas tank or they can't service my car. I had to cancel it. I called Future Honda and spoke with Glen. He assured me that there was no need to empty the tank and setup an appointment immediately. I am glad I called future Honda instead of going to the other dealer”

“Purchased a Salvage title 2018 Ford Flex for a killer deal! Clean inside and out (as if it should have never been totaled!). Suren was extremely down to earth but also professional. The down payment was the “off the lot price” just as discussed on Facebook. No hidden fees of any sort. Everything was very clear. I work full time at a dealer and usually ONLY buy independently. BUT when I saw how good of a deal this flex was I couldn’t pass it up. I have put 1000miles on this car in less than a month and EVERYTHING is as it was leaving the dealer lot in Sac! “I purchased my car about a year ago from Galaxy Autosport, and I really do have to note how professional and quick the process was. First, my car was preventatively maintenanced. I cannot express how much that meant to me, considering the niche car I was purchasing. Also, not a lot of dealers do that. Secondly, the owner seems to procure cars from a well known client base that know how to treat their cars. I can guarantee quality based on my experience. Third, the purchase process took all of 20 minutes? Something like that. No one wants to be held up in an office for half the day like it used to be. Excellent dealer.
