“Brought my 2024 Jeep Gladiator in for warranty repair. Daniel the service advisor, and Brian the service manager both went above and beyond in resolving my Gladiator's warranty problems. Both communicated, keeping me posted on my vehicle's progress. The tech sent me videos documenting the problems. Brian went to bat for me with the Jeep factory representatives. The work that was done seems to be of good quality. So while my Jeep Gladiator has had a lot of problems in its first 12,000 miles, the Service department at Autonation Roseville Jeep has been top notch to work with. I really appreciate their care, concern and making me feel as if my voice is heard.”

“I bought a Ford F-350 from here and the experience was great. I would recommend them to anyone. Chetty is awesome and very communicative — he always kept me in the loop with many questions I had. One minor negative experience I should mention is that the battery I got with the truck was almost dead and died a couple of weeks later. I don't fault Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles for this but it was a minor disappointment. Overall though I would recommend buying from here to anyone. They've had some shady reviews in the past but if you read all recent reviews they're pretty good.”

Bobby advertised a very clean, single-owner Ford Ranger, which was exactly as described when we arrived.Before we left, Bobby sent extra pictures of the vehicle at my request, and after my son test-drove the pickup, Bobby didn’t play any games, and made a very fair out-the-door offer from the moment we sat down.He seems to deal primarily with vehicles with a lot of miles on the odometer, and having worked in automotive most of my life, I can say that I personally don’t put a lot of stock in “horror-story” reviews.Bobby is very personable, and he did nothing to make me think he is anything other than trustworthy. “I got my new car from this dealership about a week and a half ago. A little Prius, I waited over a year to make this purchase because the last car I bought (Nissan Versa) ended up being such a disappointment and I didn’t want to get locked into something that would break down on me again. I trusted that purchase very much because it was one of the major dealerships in the automall, and it ended up totally unusable and not qualified for any recalls. So I was VERY afraid to spend the money on another one, on my own, at a smaller dealership. After seeing the positive reviews this dealership had, I reached out to them on a car I saw on Marketplace for a super reasonable price and even though their hybrids are in high demand right now they made sure they had it for me a few days later when I came ready to buy. It was even cooler than it looked online and they were super cool about me checking everything out, taking it on the freeway, they had all the information I wanted and knew how to find those facts that weren’t memorized. They took care of all the paperwork for me with the DMV, they didn’t try to upsell me on things they thought I would not need, and if anything DOES happen to the car they have a mechanic there for me which is a plus! I would go back again and again, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car at a great price. These guys are kind, honest, and super knowledgeable! I’m sure they will be successful for a long time to come! ???”
“I came to this dealer in search of a honda civic si, the car overall was in good shape maybe with a couple defects on the body but overall good. My dad in the picture does not like dealerships and was very nervous to buy any car because of a previous experience with a terrible dealer but tony here seems to be genuine. Everything we spoke about wanting to put on the down payment and how quick can we pay it off was on the paper exactly how we said. We said no to the 5 year warranty because we don’t think we need it but he did say for 30 days is on them as a verbal contract so we hope that stays that way. Overall tony seems like a good man, honest, chill, and we hope we can keep that relationship with no lies. I will come back here and delete this review if a promise wasnt kept, if it is still up then every promise was kept. Great interaction, thank you tony!”

“I recently bought a car from this establishment. They dont have any wiggle room for prices so if youre looking to knock the prices down, youre out of luck...(thats what i had originally intended) I really needed a car and managed to get a 2013 car for only 4,000. Something to keep on mind though is that every car is sold as is. My car is great but I just had to do some work on in it and its gonna cost 3,300 so ultimately Im paying 7k for a really nice car(this is a huge improvement from my old 2001 car) but still just expect to have to do some work since its a used car.”
