“Terra-cotta boutiques has multiple locations. None are as well run and managed in the fountains location. The sales people are always helpful. As you enter the store you are greeted by name!! Who does that??? Additionally, the sales professionals always offer additional suggestions to the outfit.

“We have been shopping here for over 20 years. But its been a while, once again Prevues came through with the best options I could have image for our dress ip disco party! It was great quality (MUCH MUCH better then the junk I ordered from online) I was able to get shoes and accessories as well. Shop keepers were so helpful! Prices were very competitive with online but such better options!

“Last year, I purchased a pair of work boots that I only wore during the rainy season. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the soles on both boots had cracked and split in half. I didn’t notice the damage until this year.
I visited the store last night to buy a new pair, and after explaining my situation, the manager offered to looked up my original purchase see if i am still eligible for warranty. Even though it had been a little over a year, he still honored the warranty and gave me full credit toward a new pair—one he personally recommended as a better option.

“If you’re a post op girly and you value amazing customer service look no further !!, I was ready for stage 2 faja since I was using double boards and double foams to stay compressed , I made an appointment and stopped in , my measurements were taken and I was fitted for the perfect faja !! I bought two so while one is washing I have another to put on . Everything fit absolutely perfect and I’m happy with the garments !! “Cool spot to shop! This Kohls is super close by and I enjoy going here on the weekdays early in the morning. I practically have the place to myself and appreciate all the different things Kohls has to offer. From clothes to luggage bags its definitely a one stop shop for us. The staff is always hospitable and friendly. The parking is free and easy with tons of parking spots! The fitting rooms are convenient and I like how you dont have to check in with anyone if you want to try something on. You can simply take any clothing you like and walk right into the fitting rooms to try them on. There is a Sephora on site as well, including a section for Amazon returns. Will definitely keep coming back here for sure!”

“I visited Kohls 6/2026 to return an online purchase, in which the purchases and returns were combined at Customer Checkout near front of store. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Kohl’s Southern and Northern California. They always have great sales inside the stores and online, and each customer service personnel has always been knowledgeable and helpful. I would always recommend them as long as they maintain quality merchandise and customer service.”
“Today was great to meet Max (air ball) as my great nephew nick named him. We had shopped around the mall and I was wiped out, the 11 year old was complaining and wanted to go home. Max and he struck up a conversation- they took a liking to each other and Max really listened to him. My other great nephew started conversing also and Max still listened and spoke with him. Later I told Max that the boys had experienced childhood trauma and their dad died a few years back. I just want to say I am grateful for Max and his staff for being so attentive to their needs, while this was the only store in the mall that was insanely busy. We need more people to care, I ended up spending more that $400.00, mostly on regular priced items.💕💕💕also I was taught what the tweens are wearing and what’s in fashion and good quality.”
