On the third time, a tiny part broke off that he immediately knew he couldn't get.
I told him I bought the vacuum cleaner from Costco, like 3 years ago, and he told me they would take it back, and that they could find my the purchase on my Costco card.
I really thought he was messing with me, but they ACTUALLY DID.
Costco gave me the money back on a gift card, and I got a new vacuum cleaner, same price, basically for free.
This is officially my go to place for vacuum cleaner repairs.”
