The Good: • Electrical & Tools: Excellent selection, great promotions, and well-maintained displays. • General Stock: Generally carries everything you need depending on the area. Areas for Improvement: • Organization: The Plumbing aisle is consistently messy and unorganized. Paint and Garden departments are functional but could be better maintained. • Services: My one experience with Tool Rental was underwhelming. • Staffing: While most staff are decent, the Customer Service/Returns desk is a weak point. Several employees appear disengaged and uninterested in helping customers. Overall: A decent store with a solid product range, but it would benefit greatly from better aisle organization and more proactive customer service.”
