“It's Saturday afternoon and Home Depot is packed. The only sad face I saw was the guy sitting at the table for " remodel baths" or " sign up for this" Christmas decorations alreadyHalloween is a month a way. Love looking at the Halloween stuff there. I was there buying things for a Halloween decoration. The paint guy was nice, got some green and copper color for my witch cauldron. Black chain rang up wrong, so went back in and the customer service person" Nikki" was very helpful. She was going to call hardware to help, but figured it out in her own which I appreciated. She got my mistake fixed quick and easy and I want to say " Thank you Nikki"”

The Good:
• Electrical & Tools: Excellent selection, great promotions, and well-maintained displays.
• General Stock: Generally carries everything you need depending on the area.
Areas for Improvement:
• Organization: The Plumbing aisle is consistently messy and unorganized. Paint and Garden departments are functional but could be better maintained.
• Services: My one experience with Tool Rental was underwhelming.
• Staffing: While most staff are decent, the Customer Service/Returns desk is a weak point. Several employees appear disengaged and uninterested in helping customers.
Overall: A decent store with a solid product range, but it would benefit greatly from better aisle organization and more proactive customer service.”
