“Great auto shop for my Mercedes. The C300 was overheating sometimes, but not all the time. So, I needed a diagnosis and repair. From start to finish, the team took care of me. Tiffany was great at guiding me through the steps and explaining what needs to be done. The technician, Joe, did great work diagnosing and repairing the car. He was patient with all of my questions. When things got really complicated, Ian (shop owner) was able to dig through his decades of Mercedes knowledge and solve the problem. Autohaus also stands by their 3 year warranty. When an adjacent issue occurred with the car after the repairs were made, they readily looked into it and repaired it. I was really impressed by the complete service at Autohaus.”

I worked with Brian, who went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired in the time frame mentioned. He kept in contact and even gave me a ride to his shop to pick up my car since he lived near me. He saved me money on a rental or Uber ride!
